Wecome to Chefzone my online recipe book.
 
I built the website in view of sharing all that I have learnt working in Industry as a professional cook and creating a space that allows others to share their passion for cooking also.
This is a huge undertaking so new content will be slow in arrival my apologies in advance.
I started my apprenticeship in 1990 and worked in Industry until 2010. In that time I was fortunate enough to work alongside amazing mentors.
My cooking background is diverse, classical European, modern European, Thai and Japanese cuisines.  
I am passionate about growing food, cooking food for friends and family, sometimes healthy, sometimes unhealthy.
I have no alliance with any particular food trends for me it’s all about balance and a love for all food, yes I even eat Tofu !

For many years I have been cooking for my near and dear ones.
 
Cooking is a passion and is passed on from one generation to the other. Whatever I have learnt in cooking is through my Mother. She has taught me instinctive cooking where there are no perfect measures. And most important is to add a very special ingredient in even dish you make is Love !!!
So here I am to spread the joy of cooking, I try to simplify the cooking techniques and make sure my students learn them and develop an interest in Food. Same legacy I am passing on to my daughters. I truly believe in,"Cook from your heart to get the best results" I run cooking lessons in Mumbia India to share my passion and knowledge of food with others.
