Located on the waterfront, our Pier One restaurant showcases an array of Australia's freshest produce from local and mainland markets. The Pier One restaurant operates 7 days a week for lunch and dinner and offers a contemporary and stylish Mod-Oz cuisine to our guests

We are currently seeking applications from self motivated and customer focused individuals to join the Pier One team as casual Food and Beverage Attendants. This diverse role will enable you to draw on your previous food and beverage experience to showcase your expertise and professionalism and provide a superior level of customer service to our guests.

In this role you will undertake a variety of restaurant duties including: Providing advice and actively promoting product and service offerings within Pier One and Wrest Point, processing and delivering customer orders, setting and clearing tables, replenishing stock levels, till reconciliation and maintaining the cleanliness and orderly appearance of the restaurant.

To be a contender for this role you will have:

  • A passion for customer service excellence and exceeding customer expectations,
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills with an ability to be efficient and responsive to customer needs in a high volume restaurant environment,
  • Capability to work autonomously and as part of a dedicated team,
  • A flexible approach to shift work including nights, weekends and public holidays,
  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol certification or the ability to attain the accreditation.
